Our botanical infusions are made from plants we grow, harvest, dry, and blend right here in our Southwest Florida Food/Tea Forest. Each blend is created with attention to flavor, aroma, and the unique qualities of the plants themselves.
Some are simple, featuring just one or two botanicals, while others bring together several plants to create something a little more complex. All are caffeine-free, with no added flavors—just leaves, flowers, and water.

JaMakin’ my Heart Happy
A simple, soothing cup from one of our favorite trees.
What’s In It:
Jamaican Cherry leaves
What Does It Taste Like?
Mild and naturally sweet, with a gentle, clean flavor.
Enjoy It Hot or Cold
Wonderful as a warm, soothing cup, with its naturally mild and slightly sweet flavor. It can also be enjoyed chilled for a refreshing, easy-drinking tea.
Why We Created It
We fell in love with the Jamaican Cherry tree for its sweet little fruits, and then discovered that the leaves make a surprisingly lovely botanical infusion, too. When we steeped them, we were delighted to find that some of that natural sweetness came through. We also appreciate this plant for its long history of traditional use and the interesting research surrounding its leaves. It stands beautifully on its own and also blends easily with other botanicals.
What People Are Saying
“I now drink this as my morning warm drink instead of coffee!” “It makes me feel good to be nice to my heart.”

Green and earthy, similar to mild green tea, but naturally
caffeine-free.

Why We Created It
Moringa is quite the plant! Almost every part of it has a use, and it is wonderfully nutritious, incredibly versatile, and easy to grow here in SWFL. The leaves and flowers make a simple, nourishing botanical infusion all by themselves, so we decided to let this remarkable plant stand on its own.

Moringa w/ Elderberries
A berry-bright twist on Moringa that’s great for cold and flu season!
What’s In It:
Moringa leaves/flowers, heat-dried elderberries
What Does It Taste Like?
Earthy and green from the Moringa, with a subtle fruity tartness from the elderberries. The berries add just enough brightness to make this a refreshing twist on a Moringa infusion.
Enjoy It Hot or Cold
Especially cozy served warm, when the earthy Moringa and fruity elderberries come together beautifully. It also makes a refreshing chilled tea, with the elderberries adding a little extra brightness.
Why We Created It
We love Moringa on its own, but it plays so nicely with other plants that we couldn’t resist experimenting. Elderberries bring a beautiful color and immune support to the earthy Moringa, creating a flavorful combination that’s especially appreciated during the cooler months.
What People Are Saying
“A good addition to my elderberry syrups.”
